Megan frowned resting on the door’s frame wielding the pan as Bradley held his head shooting her a glare. He decided not to come out with guards and boom! he gets hit in the head.
“What are you doing here? The question should be how did you find us?” Megan asked coldly and Bradley huffed.
“I wanna talk to Iris, is she in?” he asked grumpily and Megan rolled her eyes.
“You seriously think I would let you talk to her..” she crossed her arms under her breasts.
Bradley rubbed his hair, before tucking his hands into the pocket of his pants.
“Can I just speak to her?” he asked and Megan scoffed.
“Mr.. I would advise you leave already” Megan said bluntly and Bradley raised a brow.
“I.. ”
“You want another hit?” she raised the pan and Bradley looked at her with disbelieving eyes before stepping back. Jesus.. the girl was something else.
“That’s good.. can you do us a favor and stay away from Iris. She isn’t working for you anymore.. she’s passed through a lot these few days since she started working for you..” Megan said then paused.
“Like who the hell gives a load of work to an employee on their first day?!” she asked and Bradley took another step back.
Bradley blinked. Seriously, he was outta words now?
“It never ends there.. you f**king arrested her for a crime she never committed!” Megan yelled.
Bradley bit his bottom lip.. he knew he was really at fault but he never got the chance to think.
“Tell Iris I stopped by” he said before walking away.. it was senseless talking to that lady anyways, he needed to see Iris in person.
Megan scoffed staring at Bradley as he entered his car and drove off.
Well, they were just like their mother.. always think they’re in charge of others. Luckily for her, they never got the chance to meet her in person before their mum moved in with her dad. They all made her life miserable..

Bryan tossed on his bed for the umpteenth time that night. He just wasn’t catching any sleep, his thoughts were filled with her. And it wasn’t doing him any good remembering the fact that they ended on a bad note on Saturday.

Jolie crashed the glass on the wall and grabbed a bottle of Tequila. That was gonna be the twentieth glass she had destroyed since Saturday.
She drank straight from the bottle before wiping her lips with the back of her palm. Her eyes were wide and angry. Bradley stood her up.. the thought always made her angrier.
There wasn’t any call from him and even when she tried calling him, he never picked up. She’s trying to take things slow and easy but it apparently isn’t working now she gotta do it the hard way..

“F**k! I found her!” a guy exclaimed staring at his screen wide eyed as lapels of excitement shot into his veins.
“You serious dude? Let me see that” another guy said bringing his face closer to the screen, his eyes widened in surprise.
They smiled widely at each other..
“How did you do that?” the second one asked still surprised.
The first guy smiled sheepishly before looking away from the screen..
“I got connections..” he smirked taking his eyes back to the screen
••• 7am, Megan’s Apartment•••
“Another morning to be jobless” Megan sang as she walked into Iris’s room, a cup of tea in her hands.
“Hey, wake up” she said setting the cup at her bed stand before sitting on the bed.
Iris stirred but didn’t open her eyes…
“Oh cmon Iris.. ” Megan tapped her and slowly Iris pulled her lashes apart. Her eyes were red, it looks like she had less sleep.
“Good morning..” Megan said reaching for the cup.
“I made you tea” she gave a cheesy smile as Iris sat up rubbing her eyes cutely.
“What time is it?” she asked and Megan groaned.
“It won’t hurt to say ‘Good morning to you too, thanks for the tea’ ” she rolled her eyes and Iris chuckled before taking the cup from her.
She took a sip and grinned..
“Thank you Meg and Good morning” she said sarcastically and they both giggled.
“How was your sleep?” she asked and Iris sighed before putting the cup down.
“Nightmares” she muttered and Megan rubbed her shoulders comfortingly.
“You’d be fine” she whispered
“Anna?” Iris asked and Megan blinked.
“Haven’t checked on her tho” she said and Iris’s eyes widened.
What?!
She scrambled out of bed immediately almost spilling the tea.
“What’s with the rush?” Megan asked and Iris glared at her.
“Serious? she’d be late for school!” she yelled before rushing out of the room. Megan pouted laying on the bed facing the ceiling.
She sat up and reached for the tea..
“Too bad she didn’t get to finish this.. what I get for trying to be caring” she rolled her eyes before sipping the tea. She took another and another..
“Savannah!!” Iris screamed and Megan jerked spilling the tea on her nightie.
She cared less before rushing out of the room immediately..
Iris never calls Anna by her full name unless she was either angry or something was up..
She stumbled into Anna’s room only to see Anna on the bed foaming from the mouth, her head was on Iris’s legs, her body looked pale even her lips had no color. Iris looked up with teary eyes..
Megan’s jaws dropped..
“Anna!!”
