SEASON 1:
Madam Chinyere stylishly withdrew herself from Rita without making it obvious while trying to know what her mission in the company and her home was. She stop sending Rita to her home and made her husband promise never to cheat on her. In the midst of this, Madam Chinyere kept asking the Holy Spirit some questions about Rita but all she kept hearing was that she should be careful and observant.
Tired of sitting in her office one afternoon, Madam Chinyere decided to take a document to give to her manager in his office instead of sending for him. As she walked to his office, she had this odd feeling but she couldn’t place what it was. Upon reaching his office, she met his door slightly open and was hearing some soft sounds. Since it was her company, she pushed the door opened without knocking and was surprised to see her manager and Rita having sex on the manager’s table.
Madam Chinyere was shocked and disgusted at the sight before her, she walked in and coughed out loud in a bid to register her presence. The duo disengaged from one another and put on their clothes hastily. The manager was so ashamed of himself, he knew how his boss held him in high esteem, and meeting him and Rita in a such compromising position will make him lose that respect. If he was single, it would have been better, but he was married with three kids.
Madam Chinyere: (threw the documents on the chair) Treat that document and meet me in my office in the next forty-five minutes.
Manager: Ye…ye… yes ma.
With disappointment written all over her face, Madam Chinyere walked back to her office and placed a her husband.
Donald: My love, how are you?
Chinyere: I am not fine, I am going crazy with rage
Donald: calm down babe, you know you can always talk to me.
Chinyere: I am giving Collins a sack letter today and I am not going to listen to anyone who tries to plead on his behalf.
Donald: calm down dear, what exactly did he do?
Chinyere: Collins was having sex with Rita in my company, on Collins’s table. Do you know the spiritual effect of having sex in one’s place of work? If Collins was even having sex with his wife, I won’t be enraged because they are legally married.
Donald: Don’t say anything to him, don’t act like you are pained. Let’s discuss this tonight and decide on the right step to take.
Chinyere: Gosh! I am so angry.
Donald: I understand dear. Don’t worry, I will drive to the company now and come take you out for lunch, I don’t want you to do something in anger.
Chinyere: Alright, my husband, I would be expecting you.
Donald was able to persuade his wife not to sack Collins since the Holy Spirit won’t let her sack Rita as they both committed the atrocities, Collins was invited to their house and sense was spoken into him, Madam Chinyere made him realize that she intended to increase his salary by that month end but she would not go ahead with it.
Collins who had been expecting a termination of his appointment was so grateful even though he was not happy that the increment in his salary would not be effected. He promised Madam Chinyere and her husband that nothing of such would ever repeat itself as he was already disappointed with himself for having sex with Rita.
Madam Chinyere was supposed to travel out to Paris for a meeting with some investors, she had informed her workers and encouraged them to handle the work like she was around. In time past, she would have asked her manager to represent her but she no longer trusted him.
While her husband was helping her pack her things, Madam Chinyere received a call from the airline she was supposed travel with that the plane can no longer travel that morning as the weather wasn’t favorable. Instead of going to the office, Madam Chinyere decided to spend her day with her husband.
Around 4 pm, Madam Chinyere was lying in bed with her husband beside her when they heard the doorbell ring. Since their house help wasn’t around, Mr. Donald went to see who was at the door. He was surprised to see Rita at the door, he ushered her in and asked her to have her sit while he made to go inform his wife about her presence. As he was about to go in, Rita made her reason for visiting known to him.
Rita: I came here to prepare dinner for you and to keep you company since my boss is out of the country.
Donald: but, I never asked you to come over.
Rita: I figure out that you will be bored staying all alone in this big house
Donald: Do you think I stay at home alone? I have my business. Give me some minutes.
Donald went into the room to inform his wife about Rita’s presence while Rita made herself comfortable on the cushion, she adjusted her blouse in a way that her cleavages were revealing.
Chinyere: who is that?
Donald: it’s that girl, I don’t know why she is here. She said she came to make dinner for me and to keep me company
Chinyere: hmmm
Donald: Babe, please trust me, I don’t have anything to do with her.
Chinyere: of course I trust you. Don’t tell her I am at home, beep me when she is done with whatever she is cooking. She is up to something and I want to figure it out but please, don’t eat whatever she cooks.
Donald: Alright, my love, I just hope this will end well.
