I stood up and left Favour so sadly as she was looking at me.
I went to the bathroom and had my bath and came back.
Favour was waiting for me in the sittingroom.
After I was done, Favour took me back to the hospital where my dad and grandma where waiting as promised.
The next day my dad was discharged from the hospital and we went back home together happily, Favour payed for everything.
Since we finally went back home, my dad told me not to worry about my eyes operation, since he was able to rised money for my operation back then, he will be able to do so again.
But I sadly told my dad not to worry about me anymore, I have become a man and I don’t need any operation again.( I don’t want my dad to go through what he did again) he was my everything.
Favour didn’t just become my friend, she became a part of my family, sometimes she will drive me around having fun and enjoying ourselves, she will buy me different things to eat.
I was recognized to me a good singer just like my dad in the neighborhood, and Favour normally enjoy my music.
One evening Favour invite me to a birthday party in town ( I was Born and raised in the countryside and for that reason I have never been to the city before) it’s a birthday party and Favour want me to sing at the party.
Well, I also want to go into the City, but in response to her questions, I told her that, I will be going if only she will promise never to leave me alone myself.
Favour promised she won’t ever leave me by myself.
I told my dad about it, but my dad was strongly against the idea of me going into town, he won’t ever allow me to go into town. He said.

We went together with Favour into the City, even though I was blind and couldn’t see, I still couldn’t hear the sounds of the city and how busy it seems.
We went straight right away into the place where the party is taking place and Surprisedly, they are just a lot of people who got invited for the birthday party.
Favour helped me sat down in a comfortable place while she went to greet people around. ( I wasn’t holding any stick while wearing my glasses) I was in my best dressed so I didn’t carry any stick, Favour was my stick.
A young lady came and meet me where I was sitting down, ( she didn’t even noticed that I couldn’t see) she introduced herself in such a nice way telling me that her name is Grace, in turned I told her that my name is Mono and then brought out my hands straight for a hand shake.
We shake hands while she sat down next to me, and told me she is a singer ( she wants to become a singer) I then told her that I am there to sing, she was so happy on hearing that.
After some few minutes Favour came back and meet us, she told me that it was time for me to prepare myself and sing.
Favour held my hands to help me get on the stage, while moving I turned to Grace who was surprised to find out that I was actually a blind person. I told Grace we will meet again while smiling…
Favour help me get on stage while everyone was looking Surprisedly, everything was set and I began to play and sing for them.
I sang a beautiful and heart touching song that left everyone Surprised at my voice.
They were all surprised, a blind young man with such a great voice and beautiful talents.
After the birthday party was over, a man among those who attended the birthday party asked to speak with me.
Favour brought me to him and this is what he said, “. My dear, your voice has touched my heart, you are such an amazing Singer.
