💞 Pregnant For My Husband’s Driver CHAPTER SIX: 🤰
I left Lola and jasmine more confused than I went. I got home lost in thought. I saw Westley in the living-room drinking his favourite 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙣 𝘽𝙧𝙪𝙩 and dancing to ‘𝙎𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧’ 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙗𝙤𝙮’s song.
“Oh, my loveliest wife”. He danced towards me at the sight of me. He held me so close and pressed me to himself.
“Hope you had your lunch?”. I asked trying not to let out my plight through an ill countenance. He nodded and buried his face on my chest.
“Honey, have you noticed the changes in your body?”. He observed. My heart raced. He was so engrossed. He looked at me from head to toe, with a critical examination that scared me. His looks were so deep and unwavering. I knew something was cooking up.
“I have a good news for you”. I broke the short silence. He looked up. He dreamed his eyes and gave me a stare accompanied with a soft smile. My heart calmed. I took a deep breath.
“I’m all ears”. He whispered.
“Your wife is pregnant”. I broke the news. It was gentle and slow like I was counting the wordings. Westley drew back slightly. He gently lowered the glass of champagne on the glassy table and gazed at me. His mouth ajar.
“You aren’t serious, are you?”. He his eyes popped like he wanted to devour me. I gradually allowed my Smiles radiate. He gently smiled. It was so great.
“You…..you….are pregnant?”. He chorused it repeatedly. I modeled in affirmation and chuckled. He jumped up and grabbed me like a snatch. I whined playfully.
“Oh, sorry! I hope this is not a dream!”. He laughed in jubilation. I gave him the test result. He sat and carefully scanned the letters. He was overwhelmingly delighted. I just stood behind him in silent tears. He threw the test result and flung on me. He knelt down and lifted his hands in praise and worship. I literally saw tears dropping down Westley’s face. He switched off the television and worshipped God. He sobbed like a child. I couldn’t help but kneel by his side. We buried ourselves in each other’s arms and wept our eyes out.
“You know what, Honey! I must fly you out of this country to have our baby. No scratch must touch him. This is over good news! Thank you for making me a father! I love you so much, honey”. Westley pecked me. I only smiled and wiped off my tears.
“I will love to see my mum tomorrow. She can’t wait to receive this news.” I informed him about my trip.
“I will give you companies. Henceforth, you won’t leave here alone”.
