Mama, Genevieve’s mother hurriedly arrived the hospital. She banged into Doctor Nora’s office and met her bending her head on the table. Mama didn’t meet Apollo in the office. Apollo has left. “Not again! Oh, Genevieve!”. Mama ran after Nora, exclaiming sorrowfully. The entered the ward. Genevieve was convulsing uncontrollably. Her chest throwing up and down. Mama screamed in fright and screeched. Nora held Genevieve and tried pressing her down. The life-supporting machine was blinking lightly. After some minutes of examination and medication, Genevieve became still. Nora wiped the thick blood on her and watched the gentle way the machine ticked.
“How’s she, doctor? Ambi losing my daughter?”. Mama fell on her knees and cried. Nora took a deep breath.
“Mama, Genevieve needs a serious blood transfusion. It’s very urgent, if not, we will lose her. Our blood bank doesn’t have her blood type at the moment. I don’t know if you have anyone who can donate it immediately?”.
