“Arrange yourself, hold the broom and act like you’re sweeping fast fast!” I instructed while handing her the broom.
“Vera are you not the one in talking to.”
She held the broom and sat down on her bed, folding her hands and looking worried.
“Eric!” Uncle called as he approached.
“Yes sir.” I answered.
“Why were you shouting. I was hearing your voice from my room what is it… Vera was he shouting at you..” He questioned me, turning towards her.
“Sir, nothing. We were actually arguing about Ronaldo and Messi. Which led to the noise. We are very sorry….” I appealed, winking an eye on her.
“Vera you’re not saying anything!” Uncle uttered, staring at her.
“What is this girl doing Na. This girl is trying me.. Vera can’t you wise up?” I said to myself, staring at her as she was vividly looking at the floor, clutching both palms.
“Ouuuuchh my head,’ uncle uttered, placing her left hand on his forehead.
Vera was silent and was incessantly staring at the floor, looking so innocent.. Her eyes were already telling uncle that something was wrõng. She opened her mouth and tried talking but words refused to come out.
“Eric leave this room. I need to have a talk with her!”
“But sir….”
“Are you dêaf!” Uncle shouted.
“I said leave this room now!” Uncle instructed.
“Bernard…” Someone abruptly called.
“Bernard ooo… You there.” The voice came again and I realised that it was mum.
“Sir mum is calling you..” I told him.
“I’m coming for the two of you. Eric mostly you. If you like, keep on misbehaving.” He uttered and left the room.
“Ouuuuchh my head. Mum I’m coming …” Be said as he was leaving.
“What is wrõng with you eh! So this is how you would have exposed me right! Vera I don’t understand you. Can’t you keep secrets… Thank God you didn’t say anything..”
She stood up and left without responding.
“Where are you going…”
She just left.
Uncle forgot about everything and didn’t come back to question us.
After some days, I noticed that uncle was absent. When I asked about his whereabouts, I was told that he was in the hospital battling with fever and migraine headache.
That period, Vera’s mum came around. She actually followed us to the çhurçh and left after staying for three days.
It got to a point whereby I started getting tired of trying to persuade Vera to succumb to my needs. My sister on the other hand always plays with her, check up on her from time to time.
Dad called me again to his room. He quickly checked my phone and gave it back to me. Although he found nothing because I had hidden my videos and some of my private stuffs and it would require password to unlock them. He inform him if I had been reading my books in preparation for my JAMB but I boldly told him yes knowing fully well that I hadn’t opened my books in months other than spending my time to watching põrn videos and mãsturbatê.
There was one of the days that Vera cooked one delicious rice. I ate the rice during the evening and went to her room to congratulate her.
She locked the door from the inside. It seemed she just finished bathing. I knocked and she opened up. She covered her body with a small tõwel and told me to hold on that she’s coming.
When I peeped her as she left, she was on her bra wearing her panties..
I heard Someone’s footsteps and I adjusted few distance from her room pretending as if I was pressing my phone. I even thought it was mum not knowing it was my sister.
She opened Vera’s door and saw her dressing up, closed it back and walked up to me..
“What is it?” I asked her.
She stared at me.
“Don’t let me slap you. If you know you don’t have anything meaningful to say better start leaving. I hate nõnsense.”
“Let me just pretend as if I don’t know what’s going on… No secret can be hidden under the sun…” She uttered. She folded her hands and gave me a peculiar look before leaving.

“Vera can I come in now.” I said while knocking.
“Ok..” she answered.
I opened the door and entered.
She was sitting on her bed
“Vera..” I called her, sitting close to her.
“Yes..” she answered.

“What is it. Talk I’m hearing you..” she responded staring at me.
“Vera… It’s about the video I showed you.”
“What happened to it..”
“Vera… You’re too young to understand because no matter how hard I try you won’t still understand..” I said, kissing her on her lips. She was just staring at me looking so perplexed.
My sister abruptly opened the door and saw me sitting close to her on her bed, holding her hands.
