So this man dares to questioned my decision, he was actually telling me how the new policy would destroy the company, but as the boss, I didn’t care.
I didn’t only slapped him I fired him immediately, no matter how he begged me, telling me how his wife was sick and he needed the job for the wife’s treatment. I didn’t take him back. I don’t like it when a man rub shoulder with me
I later heard that he lost the wife because he couldn’t find another job on time.

One morning my gate man told me he wasn’t feeling fine and requested for one week holiday so he could go and treat himself. I purposely said No.
I wanted to enter my car when I overheard him said “I am a family man, I have children and wife to feed, I need to stay alive to fend for them because they have no other person except me”
I took that as an insult. So I told him”for talking back at me, if you leave this house you’re fired, not only will I fire you, I will sue you for insulting me.
I could see the man.
