“Babe where is Lucy and what really happened to her?” Damian asks looking very worried
“She has been taken to the emergency ward and the nurses said that we should wait for their signal first before we can go and see her” she says but Damian doesn’t listen and wants to go in but the receptionist stops him and he has to wait outside although he is very nervous
He can’t even sit down,he keeps moving up and down while checking his watch to see the time
At the emergency ward the situation was still worse,the nurses and the doctors were busy trying their best but however it proved futile
Lucy was still in pain.She kept screaming and crying and the doctors had to inject her with a sleeping doze and finally she went to sleep as they had no choice but to do an operation in order to save the baby
One of the doctors came out of the ward to meet the family members.Damian had just seen her and started pacing towards them
“Doctor how is my wife doing? Can I go and see her now?” He asks and the doctor tells him to calm down
“Your wife had food poisoning which might affect the child but now we have managed to make her sleep,we wanted to know if you will allow us to do an operation to save the child”
“Doctor if the operation is the only way to save both the mother and the child,you have my blessings.Now go and save my wife and my child”
The doctor rushes back into the ward and orders the nurses to bring the operation tools
Lucy is still asleep and the doctors begin their operation.While the doctors are still going on,she dreams and in her dreams she sees Sam
His spirit appears in her dream and tells her not to be worried as the medicine he gave her sometimes back was going to protect her from anything and even her baby was going to be well
In the meanwhile the doctors were finalizing and finally they saved the baby.One of the nurses holds the baby and covers her with a blue shawl.The boy was still small but at least he was safe.The issue now was the mother
The doctor tries to wake her up but she seems to be in deep sleep,he checks her heartbeat using the stethoscope and realizes that the heart wasn’t beating
The doctor looks worried and listens if she is breathing but Lucy isn’t breathing, everyone in the room looks worried that maybe Lucy has died.They were still staring at her feeling broken hearted when suddenly Lucy whispers
“I miss you Sam” she says and Sam dissapears in her dreams and finally her eyes opens
“Oh my God,I can’t believe this” the doctor says, “A miracle just happened”
Lucy seems not to understand what actually is going on and why everyone is staring at her as if they have seen a ghost
“Here is your son ma, congratulations on your successful delivery” the nurse who was holding the baby says and hands over the child to Lucy who smiles looking at her small baby
The doctor walks out of the ward and goes to meet Damian and Sandra who are outside looking very worried.They had been waiting for almost five hours and as soon as they see him they rush towards to see what report he has to say
Sandra knew that Lucy had lost her child since that is what Cassandra had told her
“Doctor is everything okay with my wife and my child ?” Damian asks
“Don’t worry at all, your wife is safe as well as your baby boy.Congratulations your wife just had a successful delivery”
Sandra looks sad but pretends to be happy
“Oh my God thank you now can we go and see her doctor” Damian asks
“Yeah you are free to go and see her,you may follow me” the doctor tells them and they follow him
“What!! I don’t believe this at all,how did that boy survive” Sandra’s asks herself as they walk into the ward where Lucy was.
