Red slammed the door to his locker room and it closed automatically. He ran after Remita but met naomi on his way. He sighed heavily.
“Hi, Red” Naomi said and tried to touch red’s shirt. Red held her hand. “You don’t touch me like that naomi? This shirt worth $17million dollars” Red shrugged.
“But..I am Remita” Naomi said in a low tone. “Just how stupid you are naomi. have you forgotten Remita can’t talk? Trying hard to pretend to be her. Don’t you have any conscience at all?” Red said in a very serious tone. it is very obvious he wasn’t joking.
Then red stared at Naomi from her hair. “You even bought a wig just to be like her but am telling you naomi. Even if Remita is among 100people or thousands of people I will still recognize her” Red said and dropped her hand.
Tears filled Naomi’s eyes. “But why do you like her so much. We have the same face” Naomi groaned.
“Yeah you are both twins but you are different from each other” Red said and left.
Hot tears streamed down Naomi’s face. She removed her wig and threw it on the floor. “I hate you Remita” Naomi yelled in an angry tone.
Remita didn’t know where she was going she just continued walking. Then she bumped into Sophie on the way. She fell on the floor.
“you bitch! You are so clumsy” Sophie said.
Remita stood up.
“Because i wasn’t able to talk doesn’t mean I won’t be able to talk forever. so watch what you say to me” Remita said loud and clear.
Sophie widened her eyes in shock 👀
then Sophie looked around to see who talked but she couldn’t find anybody. It was only her and Remita there.
“Did it take you by surprise? ” Remita asks.
It dawned on sophie that it was Remita who talked..
“Whoa, I see! You can talk now” Sophie said.
Remita stared hard at Sophie. “Well, I don’t care if you can talk or not. All I know is that stay away from Red if you don’t wanna get hurt” Sophie threatened.
Sophie left.
Remita was irritated immediately. But above all she was happy that she could talk again. For the first time in 15 years.
She couldn’t wait to get home and break the happy news to grandma.
But she left to look for Tasha and Genesis.
“Tasha”Remita said.
Tasha turned back in surprise to see who called her name. “Hey” Tasha said as soon as she saw Remita.
“Natasha Suraj” Remita called Tasha her full name.. “What? wait! you just talked? how ?” Tasha squealed in a loud voice.
“Miracle!” Remita said.
Then some students stopped by to see who owns the beautiful,angelic voice.
“Excuse me!” said miracle, one of the students.
“Yes!” Tasha replied. “Someone called my Name between you two. I really wanna know who it was.” Miracle said.
“I know it definitely cannot be you” Miracle added.
“it was her, got any problem” Tasha said.
Miracle turned to Remita. “Are you serious? It was you Remita?” Miracle said in confusion because the whole school know who remita is. She is pretty,beautiful, sexy, curvy but cannot talk.
“It’s miracle, just as your name sounds” Remita said. Her voice sounded like music. “Wow” Miracle said and left.
“Really good news” Tasha said.
After 2mins, students began gathering around Tasha and Remita.
“Oh! what is happening tasha?” Remita said as she saw the students. “It seems Miracle already broke the news of you being able to talk to the whole school.” Tasha said.
“Jeez! News really travels faster here” Remita muttered. “Now you know” Tasha said.

Some students started taking pictures of her. Remita covered her face. They really don’t know how much Remita hates photos.She covered her face with her hair.
Remita walked away briskly without looking back with tasha.
“They should have known I hate photos” Remita said in a low tone. “You know i thought i was the only weird one in the school but you are even weirder than me. what kind of girl or dancer won’t like taking pictures?” Tasha said and looked at her wristwatch.
Remita sighed and uncovered her face. “I need to get something. wait for me here” Tasha said and left hurriedly. Then Remita saw naomi from afar. She couldn’t wait to break the news to her. She walked more faster to naomi.
Remita smiled at Naomi but naomi still kept her killer frown. ” Why are you smiling at me like that? Do you see anything funny on my face?” Naomi said.
“No, your face does not look funny” Remita replied. “What?” Naomi said and widened her eyes in shock. Her eyes almost popped out of it’s socket.
“Did you just talk?” Naomi asks. “yes, it’s me Harmony. i can talk now. i can talk now” Remita said and attempted to hug naomi but naomi pushed remita on the floor.
Remita landed on the floor.
“you know what I wish for you right now. Is for you not to be able to talk at all. i wish you were dumb forever ” Naomi said with hatred.
Remita stood on her feet. “But why? Aren’t you happy? But you have always wished for me to be able to talk. You and Grandma” Remita said.
“why would I be happy because you talked? of course I will never be happy for you when all you do is to take away everything from me including Red, including the love of grandma.” Naomi blurted and walked away.
Remita wept. The fact that naomi was not happy made the tears even worse. She went to the ladies toilet immediately.

Now that she is able to talk my life will be miserable. She made my day even more worse. I wish she would never be able to talk. But unfortunately my stupid sister was able to talk. I hate you Remita.
Grandma would be happy and now she will get all the love and care from grandma.
I felt my phone buzzed in my pocket. I checked it.
It was sophie.
I ignored the call.

It was closing time, All the students went home. Red saw Remita and walked close to her immediately. “Let me take you now, Leonie will be waiting for you” Red said.
Remita couldn’t wait to break the news to grandma.
But she didn’t have any choice but to go to work first.
“Never mind sir, I can get there myself” Remita said . ” Sir? I insist let me take you home. but we are classmates you don’t call me sir. Call me Alfred” Red insisted.
“No, I can go myself sir” Remita said and attempted to walk away but red pulled her back. “You are stubborn aren’t you? i insist on taking you home” Red said.
“But i…..
Remita stutters but red cut her off. “You are going with me whether you like it or not” Red said and pulled Remita’s hand.
He pulled her to the car.

I pulled her to the car. She is stubborn though. If i allow her to go alone. Vincent might trouble her again and try to do something to her.
That is my worst nightmare. I love her already. I can’t bear to see her with any guy or else I might drink myself to stupor.
I also can’t bear to see any guy touch her body..
It makes me so mad. She might not know I care about her but i love her.
I glanced at her beautiful face while driving. She slept already.
I love you Remita. I want her in my life. I want her to be my girlfriend.
She might not love me back. That’s my greatest fear.
I really want her to be mine, I want to spoil her with my money. i want to shower her with my love, my attention,my care, my money.
I don’t want her to work under anybody. i want her to be independent in the future.
This is the first time I have loved someone like this. Even though I dated sophie, she never made me feel this way. But Remita made me feel like I have never loved before.

The cloud became dark. Thunder struck and it began to rain.
It became heavy that Red had to stop the car.
He tapped Remita and she opened her eyes.
“It’s raining!” Red said then Remita got out of the car. “Hey! Where are you going?” Red said.
Remita saw a cottage and used it for shade.
Red saw her and walked to her.
“why did you enter the rain?” Red said with his cute voice. ” Because i don’t want to stay with you in the car” Remita said.
She didn’t want to stay in the car with him when she remembered the kiss.
Red smiled and knew what Remita was talking about. He knew she was talking about the kiss.
Red moved closer to Remita. Remita moved backward.
He moved closer again and she moved backward. “No, please don’t move any closer again” Remita said with care. Red moved closer again and Remita ran out of the cottage then she fell on the grass. Red ran after her. And caught her.
“Why do you keep running away from me?” Red asked. His blue eyeball pierced into Remita’s brown eyes. Remita’s heart started beating fast.
“You are trying…to…to kiss me again and i don’t want to kiss you” Remita pouted like a baby.
Red smiled, his dimples revealed cutely. “I am not kissing you. Stop running away. Listen the next time you try to run away I will kiss you” Red said.
Then Remita heaved a sigh of relief.
They both entered the cottage. No one was in the cottage. Just Red and Remita.
it is hot inside but cold outside. Red couldn’t take the heat anymore. He removed his cloth. Remita sat on an old couch backing Red.
Red sat at the front of Remita shirtless. Remita raised her head up and saw Red’s bare chest. His six packs, his huge chest.
Remita was also feeling heat too but it was impossible for her to remove her shirt In front of Red.
Remita packed her hair in a single pony tail.
Her fresh neck was revealing. Red kept stealing glances at her.
He wished she could become his girlfriend immediately.
She was covered with sweats. it wasn’t bearable for her anymore. Red noticed.
“You can take off your shirt I won’t look at you ” Red said.
