π§ It’s Not My Fault Episode Four:
Bisola went for a scan and it was revealed that she was carrying two boys, she had mixed feelings, she didn’t know if she was to be happy or sad, she just told God to help her. Just as the EDD says, Bisola delivered two bouncing baby boys in the tenth month of her pregnancy. Mrs. Ayeni was so happy, she was happy her daughter gave her male children which she had always longed for.
Bisola thanked God for her safe delivery and asked Him to help her train them in the way of the Lord since it was obvious her children might never have a father figure in their life. The babies were given several beautiful names on the eighth day but Bisola chose to call them Ayomikun and Ayomiposi.
Prisca tried to come to Nigeria but she couldn’t as her Visa was always being denied but after much prayers, her visa to Nigeria was finally approved. Prisca finally came to Nigeria the day after Christmas. After dropping her son off with her in-law, Prisca found her way to Bisola’s house which had always been a stone thrown from her parent’s house.
Bisola was so happy to see Prisca again, the last time she saw her was on her wedding day. Richard, Prisca’s husband lived in the States and after their marriage, he took his wife along with him to the States. Later that evening, Prisca took Bisola to her room to speak with her.
Prisca: I met Dozie in the States and he told me everything
Bisola: (became angry) he told you everything right?
Prisca: No na, don’t be like that.
Bisola walked out of the room in anger, she went to the balcony where she sat crying. Prisca who had searched everywhere found her crying on the balcony.
Prisca: Babe, you don’t have to be like this na. Fine! He told me his part but then, I trust my bestie
Bisola: hmmm
Prisca: Please talk to me
Bisola: I haven’t told anyone all that happened because if my parent ever find out what I went through, Dozie will spend his remaining days behind bars
Prisca: Jesus! You know you can always trust me
Bisola: where are my parent?
Prisca: They went for Elder Tosin’s burial, they promised to be back in the evening.
Bisola: I never enjoyed my marriage to Dozie. Not that he wasn’t caring or loving but he was hardly around. Today, he would be in Ebonyi, tomorrow in Yobe, he was always going for ministration. Dozie practically had no time for me, I tried to make him realize that I needed him around but he was always saying he needed to do His Father’s work.
Prisca: hmmm
Bisola: After spending a month in Jos, Dozie came home that day promising to spend a week at home but he left the following day after receiving a call from God knows where. I was very angry that day, I refused to let him leave the house, and we fought that day. I locked the door and held the key but he overpowered me and went away.
Prisca: haaaa
Bisola: For the first time, I broke down that evening. Yes, I want my husband to serve God but I want him to also be there for me. I cried myself to sleep that night only to be woken up by an angry knock on the door. At first, I refused to open the door but after being threatened, I opened it. Alas, they were robbers. They didn’t only go away with my money and valuables, they raped me. Prisca, four men raped me.
Prisca: Jesus! Jesus!! Jesus!!!
Bisola: if Dozie were to be around, won’t he have protected me? After they left, I called Dozie but he refused to pick up my call, I knew he was still angry with me. I called and called, but he still didn’t pick up. I kept calling the following day, he still refused to pick only for him to upload a picture on Facebook, he was having lunch with a group of ministers
Prisca: Kai!
Bisola: I became very angry and stopped calling him.
