“We want you two dead” the cold menacing voice replied and he grinned. He’s getting angrier by the seconds and who knows what happening in the theatre room with Sarah.
Tessa sat at the hospital smock, across theirs, surreptitiously observing and waiting to confirm her death.
“Why do you want us dead?” Dominic asked lowly and the caller chuckled darkly before procceding.
The call disconnected immediately, leaving Dominic speechless and confused. Who is this unknown caller that keeps threatening him and his wife.

No one was as shocked as Dominic and Tessa. Her eyes bulges in disbelief and disappointment, knowing that she missed and will be punished for it.
“What do you mean, doctor?” Flash asked and the doctor exhales deeply.
“The bullet only cuts her in arm” The doctor replied and Flash looked at Dominic who in time returns it back.
The doctor led them to the room she was.
Dominic’s gaze traveled to where she was lying motionless. She had drip injected through her wrist and her right arm was bandaged.
The doctor and others watched Dominic walk towards the bed, and holds her hands in his, gently and delicately caressing it. She looks so tranquil and beautiful.
“She’s unconscious” the doctor informed and Dominic kissed her upper wrist.
“How long will she be unconscious?” He asked.
“Can’t tell, but it wouldn’t be too long” The doctor announced.
His eyes welled up in tears only just seeing her in this condition. He was going to kill whoever did this to her.

Dominic still held her hands, delicately caressing it and patiently waiting for her to wake from her unconscious state.
“I’m not leaving her” Dominic said to Flash and the others — Theo,Cole and Lisa.
“Not until she wakes” He glanced at their faces then looks at Sarah. Her breathing could be heard through the oxygen mask on her face.
He was fighting between rage and hope. He cursed and cursed. Blamed and blamed himself for not been able to protect her. Flash and the rest were about to leave but had promise to be back by nightfall.
The moment they exited the room, The doctor walked in with a nurse standing behind him. She’s the nurse the doctor assigned in looking after Sarah for the night. Something about the nurse was off. The way she stared at Sarah got him curious.
“Why the nurse?” He asked curiously. His eyes staring at the nurse standing alongside the doctor.
“Oh,.she’s the nurse who is going to be looking after Sarah for a while” The doctor replied.
Dominic reverted his cold glares at the nurse and she faced the flour.
“I can watch her myself” he opposed and the nurse stole a glance at him.
“Its okay Mr Dominic. She’s just here to give her the drugs needed for Sarah’s quick recovery”
