π§ Feral Sins Chapter Fifty Three And Fifty Four:
{π« In Love With A Vampire… π§‘}
THEME: Cold And Broken π§‘
VENOM STOOD FROZEN IN THE DARK, waiting for the syndicates to show up but just then he heard an indistinct conversation coming from the dark.
He narrowed his eyes in confusion as he could see nothing and just as he took a step from the spot he stood, a red light flickered on, reveling five figures playing card game.
Venom’s eyes bulges. They were completely focused in the card game, sitting round the smooth black table.
His breath trembles. “What are you here for?” One of the Syndicates asked. It’s voice as cold as the winter wind and he could feel his leg shake.
“To…” he paused. The syndicates had their attention on the card game. “I have her” he pressed.
“I found the lady you requested for” and the syndicates rotated their heads in unison, giving Venom a deadly glare that almost made him melt.
The figures seems spruced on how he did it so easily. They glanced at each other before glancing back to Venom.
“Is he dead? Is Dominic Hale dead?” One of the syndicates asked.
That wasn’t their request. They wanted Sarah and now they suddenly want Dominic Hale.
“N… no” his breath unsteady. He gulped down nothing.
“We can’t kill her without killing him” they all said at the same time, their voice echoed and bounced on the walls in the room.
“But…”
Venom was cut short by cold blade of the syndicate on his neck. He gasped. One of the Syndicates just appeared in front of him: it’s blade trained on his throats.
He gulped down absolutely nothing. Fear almost about to creep out of his throats. He was frozen in place as the figures deadly glares were fixed on his face.
The figure pulled off the hoodie obscuring its face. It was someone familiar — it was Celestial; Dominic’s elder brother.
Venom’s eyes widened in shock when he saw him. He is the leader of the Syndicates. It was a council formed by Vampires — the last of their kind. And he wants his brother, Dominic Hale dead simply because he wants to inherit her.
He wants Sarah George for himself.
“You know who I am, don’t you?” He asked. His voice cold and daring.
Venom blinked twice and he nodded real quick.
“I want Dominic Hale dead! Just lure him to the to me so I can kill him myself” He inquired coldly. Celestial now has nothing to hide or lose. Sarah George was already held in his custody and now he has to use her against Dominic.
ONE MONTH LATER
He’s losing it all! He’s losing his mind. He’s losing his patience. He’s losing everything. He could feel his anger grow tremendously and out of rage.
He no longer thinks straight, always angry, impatient and he became more dark inside.
Sarah cries and raged all day and night to be set free but no way.
Dominic couldn’t find her. It was like a bridge keeping them from reaching each other.
“Dominic?” Sarah muttered lowly. Tears rolling down her pale cheeks.
“Sarah?” Dominic muttered lowly. He stood at his balcony, his eyes welled up in tears.
Their voice filled with pain and hurts.
Dominic looked up, staring deeply at the half moon in the sky. Images of him and his Wife making love to each other came recurring back into his head and same was happening to Sarah.
It was as if they were trying to connect but something strange was bridging them.
Mrs George couldn’t stop blaming herself for it all. If she had just told Sarah the truth it would have been better.
The following afternoon, Venom stood at his balcony staring at the vehicle that just drove into his mansion.
He smiled darkly as he saw a woman step down from the vehicle; it was Mrs George. She slams the doors close and her gaze traveled up to where he stood, wearing a dark smile on the edge of his lips.
He seems to be calm and eased not until the left car door opened. He furrowed his eyes and just then a slow menacing and well polished and expensive shoe was seen stepping down until the floor.
He puzzled his face on seeing a second step out on the floor and his eyes widened in shock and disbelief when his gaze locked on Mr Dominic Hale’s face.
