Drake’s Pov
After eating the food, she packed up the plates and took away the leftover to the kitchen, and some minutes later she came out, elegantly smiling at me.
She walked up to me and placed her right hand on my chest. I could feel the natural feeling of sexual pleasure.
And when I couldn’t bear it any longer, I grabbed her by the waist with my right hand. She turned her face towards mine, as the sharp pointed edge of her nose joined with mine.
I buried my mouth inside hers, sucking and biting at it. The sensation travelled down my spine making me feel so nervous.
I carried her up to my room and that was the end the scene till the next morning.
When the morning came, I woke up very early, since it was the first day of the week. I quickly dashed into the shower room and took my shower.
Having done that, I removed a towel from the towel stand and dried my body which was dripping wet with water.
I tied the towel around my waist walking out of the shower room into the bedroom.
Since the lotion dispenser wasn’t available at that very moment, I had to use the one I bought from the supermarket few days ago, and immediately got dressed on suit.
Kiara was still on bed, I was about leaving for work so I quickly woke her up and informed her I was leaving.
She screamed out, “baby isn’t it too early?”,
I smiled.
“Nope love, you see today is the first day of the week and I ought be there on time”, I said.
“Gosh! I would really miss you baby and my day will be so lonely”, she uttered.
“Yeah I know, but I gonna call you on phone to keep you company”, I winked as I said this, making her feel better.
She immediately unleashed a laughter from her as I noticed some curve lines appearing on her cheeks.
She gave me a tight hug with a fantastic kiss before I left the house.
I walked up to the garage to drive to work when she ran out with a food package.
She yelled, “baby stop please. You haven’t eaten your breakfast, so I prefer putting in a food pack for you since you insisted going early to work”, she was practically waving.
“Thanks so much love”, I responded getting the food pack from her into the car.
When I arrived at the hospital, it was such an awesome day that a lot of patients were trooping in and out of the hospital premises.
People were coming to consult their various problems to the doctors and definitely I was one of them.
I went to the human resources management and signed my time book. After that I went to my office, consultant room 2. I sat down and got ready to see onto the affairs of my respective patients.
A file was submitted by a student nurse to me. It was a patient with peptic ulcer. I asked the nurse to call her in.
When she come in, it was surprisingly a person that I know. It was Juliana ,my school daughter back then in college.
“Hi Julian, how are you doing?”, I asked with a big smile on my face, I was really surprised to see her.
She was also surprised to see me, she squealed out.
“Ahh, senior Drake”, she called, “my gee! Is this you? You a doctor here?”, she continued asking.
“I smiled, it’s me dear Julian, sit down please”, I motioned her to a seat.
“Thank you”, she said and sat.
I sighed.
“So what brings you to my office this morning? I hope you are okay?”, I asked.
“I’m fine, just that I been having groaning pains in my stomach ever since last night”, she said pitifully.
“Oops! Sorry about that. For how long have you been feeling this pains in your stomach?”, I inquired.
“Sir, it has been for over a year now. Let me just say since when you were in college with us”, she replied.
“From the medical diagnosis I got from the lab technician, it is said that you have peptic ulcer”, I verbalized.
She was so shocked when I mentioned peptic ulcer.
“Sir what is peptic ulcer? I’m flabbergasted, please what comes about the existence of such in my body?”, she asked looking worried.
“Peptic ulcer is a sore that develops on the lining of the oesophagus, stomach or small intestine”, I elucidated.
“So sir what is the remedy to this sickness?”, she inquired.
“Take the list of the following drugs I have just listed to the pharmacy and buy the drugs, used as directed by the pharmacist”, I said giving her a list of drugs for medication.
She took it and left as other patients were began trooping in one after the other.
Juliet’s Pov
I was feeling so abnormal and uncomfortable in my body system. The thought of missing Drake kept pounding like a striking of thunder on iron.
I couldn’t bear the pains any longer as I called my bestie, Evelyn to accompany me to the hospital.
Within few minutes, she arrived and was eager to take me to the hospital.
“Hi bestie, what is wrong?”, she asked.
“I’m not feeling well at all darling. Please I need you to take me to the hospital”, I said.
“That is not a problem bae. What are friends for?”, she asked rhetorically.
“Thank you. Can we go now?”, I asked.
“Come on, please you gotta freshen up and clad on a new outfit. You always need to be decent all the time bae no matter what”, she said.
I quickly went to the bathroom and took my bath, applied some lotions and get dressed immediately.
We used a cab to get to the hospital. When we arrived, she took me for registration and I was successfully registered as a patient.
A nurse came and carried some basic analysis on me. Things like my body temperature, weight, and my complaints.
After the above actions. She took Evelyn and I to a room to see the doctor.
When we got there, I saw a write up in bold letters, CONSULTANT ROOM 2. She first went in and submitted a file, after which she came out of the room with a grimace. She asked us to wait that the doctor was attending to other patient.
I wasn’t happy with her approach. I was in a critical condition and all I needed was quick medical response.
Out of annoyance, I walked up to the office door and opened it, but I was restrained by a security personnel, asking me to wait for my turn.
I nearly slapped the security personnel, but Evelyn stopped me and persuaded me to wait.
