I smiled widely as Nikky approached me.

“I got something for you.” I said bringing out the flowers I kept behind my back.

“I love it. It smells nice.” She replied.

“Why are you here? You didn’t tell me you were coming.” She said looking at me.
“I wanted to surprise you.” I replied grinning.
“You don’t need to Peter. If not for Bonna I wouldn’t know you were waiting for me here. I would have taken time.” She said sadly.

“Peter don’t do this here. Let’s go home.” She said and I nodded.
“Anything for you.” I replied smiling.
We walked down the streets and she couldn’t stop sniffing the flower.

“I am almost home. When will you head home?” She asked looking at me.
“Am I not welcomed into your house?” I asked sadly.
“No its not that Peter. You didn’t tell me you want to come in.” She said and I nodded.
“I wish to come in.” I said and she nodded.
“There is nothing bad in that, its just that you can’t stay for long. I need to prepare for tomorrow’s work.” She said and an idea popped into my head.
“You are a painter right?” I asked and she nodded.
“Yes I am. Why?” She asked opening her door.
“Don’t you want to have a shop of your own?” I asked.
“I would really want that. A shop in Los Angeles California, close to the road, decorated with beautiful ornamental flowers.” She explained closing her eyes and breathing in air.
“Okay.” I replied knowing exactly what to do to gain her love.
“Here is my small abode.” She said sighing.
“It’s beautiful.” I replied.

“I should be on my way now.” I said grinning.
“So soon?” She asked.
“Yes. I have something to catch up.” I replied and she nodded.

“It is both good and bad. You will find true love, but your image is going to be tarnished.” He said and I nodded.
“If that is it, I am going to start all over again. I have reasonable capital with you to start a new business.” I explained and he nodded.
“I pray you are right with this.” He said sadly.
“I am Kaleb. Don’t worry.” I said patting him.
“So when does these whole plan start?” He asked.
“Two weeks from now. I can’t just leave like that, there has to be something that will cause my leave, so for these two weeks we will work on that.” I narrated and he nodded.
“You know how to do your stuffs, you are so unbelievable. Throwing all these away for two years because of love?” He asked and I smiled.
“You thought me to find love. Now I am going through that step and you are complaining.” I said.
“Definitely not these steps. When I said you should look for a wife, I didn’t say you should throw all your hard works away.” He said and I shook my head.
“No, I am not throwing away my hardwork. It is simple it was a mix up and there will be prove, after some weeks am back to my position with my one true love.’ I explained and he sighed.
” Well what can I say? You are so determined to do this. There is no other support I can do than make sure these plan doesn’t go bad.” He said and I smiled.
“That’s why I love you. You understand me better.” I said making him smile.
“I love you too. But I love Vivian more.” He said and I laughed.
“I ain’t planning to take her place.”
“To be honest, that girl is so sweet. I am happy for you.” I said grinning.
“I thank God you didn’t pick her first.” He said and I shook my head.
“Nah. Remember I didn’t have time for any lady until you both convinced me to have one. Though I have been thinking of a lady, I never thought of Vivian.”
“I don’t want to lose that friendship all in the name of relationship. What if at the end it doesn’t work out. She will quit her job and I will be out searcing for another P.A., that will be so annoying.” I narrated and he nodded.
“That’s true. I just hope we don’t have issues. I love her so much.” He said and I smiled.
“You can do it. Put all ladies aside, give her what she wants anytime she wants it, endure her flaws, be very understanding, Trust me you are clean from your side.” I said and he smiled clapping his hands.
“I knew you should be a marraige counsellor. If you know all these you won’t have any relationship issue. Why did you wait this long?” He said and I shook my head
“Starting these principles on the right foundation and purpose is very important. If she doesn’t love me and is just after the money, though I will be clean on my side, but trust me it won’t work at the end of the day. Waste of time and resources.” I explained.
“HM! I will get us a drink.” He said standing up and walking to the bar.
“Thanks.” I said staring into space.
I need to be strong for this. It won’t hurt, just two years and I am done. If I see the love of my life under two months I am back.
