….TWELFTH GRADE
Lectures were already going on, a teacher was standing in front of the class and teaching, when capricorn walked in… more like limped in.
All eyes landed on her immediately.

Capricorn limped to the back of the class were her friends were sitting. They weren’t in good shape either, their eyes were red, skin pale with bruises all over and lips bigger than usual.
“She’s going to pay for doing this to us. Who’s in??” She muttered, as she sat beside ashley who was already shaking like a chick that just got hatched from an egg.
She plugged in her earpieces and listened to LET IT GO by Justin bieber, and at that same time, she was thinking of a way to screw kirana up, but the students murmurs still entered her ears, despite the earpieces.
She removed the pieces and hit her hands on the table, the class became silent. She looked around with a glare in her eyes and without saying a word, she plugged her earpieces again, but this time just on her left ear.
“Miss Gainesville. It seems like you know the answer to the questions written on the board. Please come out and solve it for us” The teacher frowned and wrapped her hands under her bóóbs.
Capricorn grumbled angríly and went forward to solve the questions as she was asked to.
“The 6th term of a G.P is -2, and it’s first term is 18. What is the common ratio?” The teacher inhaled deeply and handed the marker over to capricorn. She stared at the questions for about five minutes, still contemplating on what to write.
“It’s… it’s. Ma’am i need to use the restroom. Please excuse me” Capricorn quickly said and before the teacher could say JACK, she was already out of sight.

….CLOSING TIME: THE GARDEN
The breeze shifted slightly, blowing echo’s hair to her face as she munched on a bowl popcorn. That’s what she’s been doing ever since the electronic bell rang.

I won’t tell you this again, leave me the fúck alone” Francisco snapped and walked out on her, before she could even give him a reply.
It felt like time froze, cause echo stood transfixed on her spot. Her eyes widened as his words rang in her head. She quickly pinched herself to be sure that she wasn’t dreaming…and she wasn’t.

She never thought someone can make her feel so comfortable, and someone who she can be myself around. Whenever he would begin to speak, she would get butterflies in her stomach.

….EVENING: THE CAMPBELLS
Echo let out a sigh, she was busy dicing some tomatoes She was about to pour it into the pot, when she realized that they had already ran out of onions. And the sauce for the pasta wouldn’t taste nice without onions.
“I need to get this ready before mother gets back” She mumbled to herself as she walked into the living room. She met heaven and nevaeh there, they were watching a Korean drama titled “Business Proposal“.
They were so engrossed in it, that they didn’t notice when echo walked in. She shook her head and walked to were her coat was hanged.
“I’ll be back in a bit guys. I need to get some onions at the local market. Once the oil in the frying pan is a bit hót, place the fish in it. Okay??. Be careful, please” Echo hurried her words and picked up her coat. She dashed out of the house in a flash.
….AN HOUR LATER
“Ahhhh….” Nevaeh cried out in pain as the chandelier fell on her leg. She tried to stand up, but it was futile. The weight was too much for her to lift all alone.
They actually forgot what echo had asked them to do, and they slept off in the process. The stench of smoke woke them from their sleep, and they gasped as they saw the house on fire.
“Hea… heaven!!” Nevaeh cried out again, but silence followed. She was all alone, finally, she passed out, due to the amount of smoke that she inhaled.
“What happened here?? My sisters are in there…my sisters are in there!!” Echo screamed in tears as she tried to run into the house. The firefighters blocked her path, preventing her from doing so.
“Leave this to us. We’re going to bring them out, safe and alive” One of the firefighters said with a little smile. They gathered their things and made to rush in, when the whole building started to collapse.
The next thing that followed, was…
BOOOOOOM!!!
The house exploded and everyone around came crashing roughly to the ground.
