“I quit” Chris said
“What!” Zaki stood up in shock
“I can’t go on with this. The princess doesn’t deserve to die” Chris explained
“She has charmed you too right?” Zaki asked
“No Zaki she hasn’t. I’ve spent some time with her and gotten to know her. Princess Helen is a nice,beautiful and caring creature and I can’t kill her for some one else’s selfish needs and desires”
“Do not speak to me in that manner. That lady deserves to die. Her father is sitting on my throne” Zaki half yelled
“If you’re angry at her father then face him and you two can settle your scores. Why involve her in this?”
“Because she is the heiress. Whoever she gets married to sits on that throne which means I have no chance of getting that throne. She has to die so that I can have an opportunity to get the throne”
“That’s not fair”

“I regret ever agreeing to help you in the first place. You’re so shameless. I’m done with all these nonsense” Chris turned to leave

“I’m more than prepared for whatever is coming” Chris grinned and left
Zaki face palmed
“This is messed up. I need another assassin” He muttered
He also remembered he had to see King Remegius so he took one out of his numerous cars and headed for the kingdom of Aram.

KINGDOM OF ARAM
Aram is one of the neighboring kingdoms surrounding Gatrish. It was a big kingdom but not up to Gatrish’s esteem and power. Its warriors were feisty and the kingdom was known for trouble. The people were into agricultural activities.
King Remegius was known as a very troublesome man. He lost his wife and 2 kids in a bloody war 2 years ago leaving him and his last son. He is selfish and has a knack for shenanigans.
His palace was very big with different flowers giving freshness to the air. Zaki drove in after the steel gate was opened for him. He alighted from his car and entered inside. When he got in,he and the king exchanged pleasantries.
“Long live King Remegius for there is none more greater and powerful” Zaki praised him
“Welcome Zaki” King Remegius adjusted his chubby self on his throne. He was in his late 40’s
“Thank you my king”
“Zaki,why have you come to see me?” He asked
“My brother is about sending a peace treaty for you to sign. I think he is scared of going to war with your kingdom”
Remegius laughed heartily
“I love that he is scared. What do I do then? Should I sign it?”
“No my king. Signing that treaty will make you look less respectful because he would feel you’re scared too”
“I’m not scared” He snapped
“Then we have to go on with this war. I’m on your side your majesty. Do not sign it cause if you do,I know my brother very well,he will strike when your warriors are not ready” Zaki said adding fuel to the already burning flames
“That’s right Zaki. I won’t sign that treaty. The war must go on”
“That’s wonderful” Zaki smiled mischievously
He and the king talked about other things before he left the palace. He came out of the palace and drove back to Gatrish.

THE NEXT DAY
STAR CROWN COLLEGE
Elena has already gone back to school. She was walking through the halls with Kira when she saw Mitchell yelling at a student. She went there to check out what was going on
“Are you stupid? What the hell came over you? Why would you splash juice on my dress?” Mitchell asked in fury
“I’m sorry please. It wasn’t intentional. I slipped” The girl was on her knees begging
She wasn’t from a rich family. She was only here on scholarship and if Mitchell takes the matter to her uncle,he might send her out of the school
“Were you blind? Didn’t you see me? You’re a fool” Mitchell snapped and students crowded them waiting to see what happens
“Mitchell that’s not fair. She already apologized and said it wasn’t intentional. You’re taking this too far” Lilian said
“Stay out of this Lilian. Stop putting your nose where it doesn’t fit” Mitchell snapped again
Lilian hissed and looked away
“And you…wait till I tell my uncle what you’ve done” She turned to leave but the lady held her
“Please don’t I’m begging you. I have nowhere to go if he kicks me out of here. I’m only here on scholarship cause my parents could not afford sending me to school. Please I’m sorry”
“Save your pathetic story for those who cares” Mitchell wanted to go again and when the lady held her,she turned and slapped her
“Don’t you ever think of touching me with those poverty stricken hands of yours. I’m sure your worthless parents didn’t teach you manners”
Elena came out and helped the lady who was already crying up.
“Slapping her was uncalled for Mitchell. She apologized to you” Elena was hurt for the girl

Mitchell glared at Elena
“What’s your business Elena?”
“My business is that you mistreated her. She made a mistake and apologized for it but you went ahead calling her names and even insulting her parents. That wasn’t cool at all”
“Its like you want yours too right? See,I hate you to the bones so don’t give me an opportunity to make your life a living hell in this school” Mitchell said pointing her index finger at Elena
“You’re in a bad mood doesn’t make you less of a person so stop transferring your aggression on innocent people” Elena said and turned to leave with the girl but Mitchell stopped her
“I’m not done with you yet so where are you going Elena? Or are your parents worthless too? I’m sure they are”
“What the he.ll just came out of your mouth?” Elena clenched her fists
“Didn’t you hear me? Let me repeat it then. Your parents are worthless”
Immediately that came out of her mouth,Elena gave her a resounding slap and the students cheered
Mitchell opened her mouth to speak but words failed her
“I can tolerate anything from anybody but what I can’t and won’t tolerate is you disrespecting my parents understand? What do you take me for? Who do you think I am that you show no respect for me?” Elena snapped
“That’s how she is. Always disrespecting others while she wants to be respected” Lilian said glaring at her
Mitchell still stood there dazed at what just happened. She didn’t expect Elena to slap her.

“I have had about enough of your nonchalant and sassy attitude” Elena left for Mr Martins office
She got to the office and immediately she opened the door,she met the greatest shock of her life
“Mr Martins!!!” She exclaimed with her eyes wide open

ZAKI’S MANSION
Zaki just got back from another meeting with King Remegius and drove into his compound. He parked his car and entered inside the living room. He has had an hectic day today. He looked around and everywhere was a little dark and he couldn’t see anything.
He decided to turn on the light switch. He switched the lights on and turned around only to see a gun pointed to his forehead. He gasped in fear
