Arianna’s Pov:
“What?” My eyes popped out in shock.
“You heard me Arianna…. You won’t dare act funny because as you can see there is a pistol on your forehead and hey… It’s no toy” He said.
“Don’t you dare shoot her… Don’t pull a trigger Marvin” Bryan yelled.
“Am so sorry Marvin… But you have no say here and you are not allowed to talk” Marvin grinned.
“Why are you doing this Marvin? You know too well that I’ll rather die than shoot Bryan” I said.
“Fine then … You will have to die for love” Marvin groaned.
“Don’t hurt her Marvin” Bryan screamed.
“I said shoot Bryan Arianna” Marvin yelled at me as I flinched.
He corked the gun and my heart skipped a beat.
“No….!!” Bryan shrieked.
Then we heard a loud gunshot…

We turned around sharply and saw a young lady.
Marvin fell on the ground as he groaned in pains.
“How could you do this to me Ava?” Marvin groaned.
“You are Ava?” Was all I could say.
She was holding a gun.
“Hey you all drop your guns.,” She ordered the goons as they dropped their guns.
“Ava thank you so much” I rushed to her.
“Am not doing this for you Arianna” She said.
Bryan and I hugged each other as we heard the police siren.
“Ava you did this to me…. How could you?” Marvin cried out.
His arm was bleeding profusely.
The police walked in with their guns.
“Here they are…. He’s the leader of the goon” I pointed at the groaning Marvin.
The police dragged the goons up and then dragged Marvin up.
Marvin glared hard at us.
Suddenly,,, he grabbed a gun from the police and pointed at Bryan.
He fired the gun at him but instead,,, the gun shot Ava who slumped on the ground.
Blood oozed out of her nostrils.
The police fired the gun twice at Marvin and he fell on the ground in the pool of his own blood.
“Ava??” I cried as I rushed down to her.
The ambulance arrived and took Ava straight to the hospital.
But Marvin was already dead.
So his corpse was taken straight to the morgue.
And as for Ava,,,, she survived the ordeal but then she was badly wounded.
Bryan and I walked out of the car and then headed into the duplex holding hands.
“I love you” he pecked my cheek.
“I love you too” I replied.
We walked into the house as Nadia screamed in delight and jumped for joy.
“Grandma Claire! Mrs Bernardo” She called out as they all rushed out and hugged us tightly.
“Love conquered” Was all Bryan and I said.
We embraced each other in excitement.
“Bryan someone is here to see you” Grandma Claire said.
“Who?” Bryan snapped.
Then the door swinged open and an elderly man walked out with a lady.
“Dad? What is he doing here?” Bryan freaked out turning to grandma Claire.
“Please son hear him out” Grandma Claire pleaded.
Bryan’s father quickly went on his knees in front of Bryan.
“Forgive me son… I know am not the best father but I promise to do my best” He said with tears.
Bryan turned to me and I nodded.
He rushed to his father and hugged him tightly.
And I rushed to my mother and hugged her too with my siblings.
“Mark is coming home tomorrow… He will be bailed tomorrow” mother announced as I jumped for joy.
Mark is my elder brother and he has been in prison for about five years.
But then he was given a presidency pardon.
Then we also heard that Ava gave birth to a baby boy.

Bryan's Pov:
I stood in front of the church alter dressed in my white suit as I watched Arianna walked majestically towards me.
And this time we are getting married for real.
The 21 days bride is going to be my bride forever.
Smiles escape my lips.
We took the marital vows together.
As I slipped the ring into her finger and she did the same then the crowd applauded us.
“You may kiss the bride” the priest said as we locked out lips together.
We lived happily ever after……..
