“What? You are filling for a divorce?” I shouted as she bowed her head in guilt.
“Am sorry mother but I can’t keep on pretending with someone I don’t have any feelings for” Arianna said as I scoffed.
“Really? How would you know if you have feelings for each other if you still have an amnesia” I said in annoyance.
“But mother….. ” She tried saying but I stopped her.

“Please calm down Bryan! Man up already you used to tell me this few months back” Albert said as I shook my head.

“She said she wants a divorce then so be it” Jim said as I quickly turned to him glaring hard at him.
“Really? So you expect me to sign the annulment papers?” I asked with my eyes widened in shock.

“If you were not my friend, I would have slapped stupidity out of your head” I shouted at him.
“Calm down guys! It has not gotten to that extent” Albert said as I fumed in anger and paced around impatiently.
“Listen guys she’s just sick that’s why she can’t see the fact that we are married and in love… She’s not in her right state of mind” I said defensively.
“But what if she never gets better?” Jim added.
“That’s never going to happen cos she… She will get better in no time” I said as he shrugged.

I turned on the music and danced crazily to it’s tune excitedly.

We walked out of the doctor’s office.
Finally,,,,, I’ve been discharged so I can leave the hospital.
We walked out of the hospital… My mother, Laila and Bibi.
Just then,, I heard a couple arguing with each other.
“Oh please I won’t cook for you anymore cos you’re so ungrateful” The wife said.
“I don’t care if you don’t cook…. If you won’t cook then I will do it myself” The husband replied as the wife burst into laughter.
“You? Cook? You want to cook pepper like you did the last time you tried” The wife said.
All of a sudden,,,,,I felt like some memories were coming back.
Something tells me I have seen or heard that someone cooked pepper.
I held my head as I stood at a place trying to recall.
